Algemene Voorwaarden voor Kybro, handelend als Kybroshop

Welkom bij Kybroshop, de online winkel beheerd door Kybro (de "Bedrijf", "wij", "ons" of "onze"). Door toegang te krijgen tot of gebruik te maken van onze website (de "Site"), gaat u akkoord met de volgende algemene voorwaarden ("Algemene Voorwaarden").

Lees deze voorwaarden zorgvuldig door voordat u onze diensten gebruikt. Als u niet akkoord gaat met deze voorwaarden, dient u de website niet te gebruiken.

Wijziging van Voorwaarden: Wij behouden ons het recht voor deze voorwaarden op elk moment te wijzigen of bij te werken, en eventuele wijzigingen zijn onmiddellijk van kracht zodra ze op de website zijn geplaatst. Uw voortdurende gebruik van de website betekent dat u akkoord gaat met die wijzigingen.

Bestellingen en Betalingen

2.1. Plaatsen van Bestellingen: Door een bestelling te plaatsen via onze website, verklaart en garandeert u dat de informatie die u verstrekt accuraat, volledig en actueel is. U stemt ermee in om betaalinformatie te verstrekken die geldig en volledig is op het moment van aankoop.

2.2. Betalingsmethoden: Wij accepteren de volgende betalingsmethoden:

Alle betalingen worden veilig verwerkt via derden. Wij slaan uw creditcardinformatie niet op.

2.3. Bestelbevestiging: Na het plaatsen van een bestelling ontvangt u een bevestigingsmail met de details van uw aankoop en een trackingnummer (indien van toepassing). Uw bestelling wordt verwerkt zodra de betaling succesvol is ontvangen.

2.4. Bestelling Annuleren: Als u een bestelling wilt annuleren, neem dan onmiddellijk contact met ons op via kybrolot@gmail.com. Bestellingen kunnen alleen worden geannuleerd voordat ze worden verzonden. Zodra de bestelling is verzonden, is annuleren niet meer mogelijk.

Verzending en Levering

3.1. Verzendtijden: Bestellingen worden binnen 2-3 werkdagen verwerkt. De levering duurt meestal 8-12 werkdagen voor bestellingen binnen de EU. U ontvangt een trackingnummer zodra uw bestelling is verzonden.

3.2. Verzendkosten: Wij bieden gratis verzending binnen Nederland en EU-landen.

3.3. Douane en Belastingen: Voor internationale bestellingen kunnen douanerechten of belastingen van toepassing zijn, afhankelijk van het land van bestemming. U, de klant, bent verantwoordelijk voor deze extra kosten. Kybroshop is niet verantwoordelijk voor eventuele douanerechten of belastingen die tijdens het verzendproces kunnen ontstaan.

3.4. Bezorgproblemen: Als u problemen ondervindt met uw levering, zoals vertragingen of beschadigde goederen, neem dan onmiddellijk contact met ons op. Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor vertragingen veroorzaakt door derden, maar we zullen u helpen bij het oplossen van eventuele problemen.

Retouren en Terugbetalingen

4.1. Retourperiode: Wij bieden een retourbeleid van 14 dagen. U heeft 14 dagen vanaf de leverdatum om uw artikel te retourneren.

4.2. Retourvoorwaarden: Om in aanmerking te komen voor een retour:

Het product moet ongebruikt zijn en in de originele verpakking zitten.
Het moet in dezelfde staat verkeren als toen u het ontving.

4.3. Niet-retourneerbare Artikelen: We kunnen geen retouren accepteren voor gebruikte, geopende of beschadigde artikelen die zijn veroorzaakt door verkeerd gebruik. Elektrische producten die beschadigd zijn door onjuist gebruik komen ook niet in aanmerking voor retouren.

4.4. Retourproces: Om een artikel te retourneren, neem contact met ons op via kybrolot@gmail.com voor instructies. De klant is verantwoordelijk voor de kosten van de retourzending.

4.5. Terugbetalingsverwerking: Zodra het geretourneerde artikel is ontvangen en geïnspecteerd, zullen we u informeren over de goedkeuring of afwijzing van uw terugbetaling. Als de retour wordt goedgekeurd, wordt de terugbetaling binnen 7-10 werkdagen naar uw originele betaalmethode verwerkt.

Product Disclaimer

5.1. Gebruik van Producten: De producten die op Kybroshop worden verkocht, zijn bedoeld voor persoonlijk gebruik. U bent verantwoordelijk voor het gebruik van de producten in overeenstemming met de verstrekte instructies. Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor verwondingen, schade of verkeerd gebruik van onze producten.

3.2. Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping within the Netherlands and EU countries.

3.3. Customs and Duties: For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply, depending on the country of delivery. You, the customer, are responsible for these additional charges. Kybroshop is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be incurred during the shipping process.

3.4. Delivery Issues: If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as delays or damaged goods, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, but we will assist you in resolving any issues.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. Return Period: We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

4.2. Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
It must be in the same condition as when you received it.

4.3. Non-returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on used, opened, or damaged items caused by misuse. Electrical products that have been damaged due to improper use are also not eligible for returns.
